I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were colorful and lovely, with a balcony offering stunning views over the lake and surrounding hills. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center but in a quieter part of town. The service was top-notch, especially from Zu who provided great insights into the Sapa area. The dining experience was tasty with a nice selection of local cuisine. The only downside was the lack of more extensive dining options.
